APPLICATIONS FOR 2026/27 COURSES OPEN NOW!

 

Applying For Financial Support

 

Students must be fully enrolled on their 2026/27 course before they can access and use the PayMyStudent system.

To apply for a bursary at West Lancashire College, please read the eligibility criteria here: https://www.westlancs.ac.uk/support/fees-and-finance/ and then complete the following steps:

 

Important (New Students Only)

If you are a new student for 2026/27, you must complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) before submitting an application.

  • MFA can be completed 6 hours after enrolment.
  • You must complete MFA before using “Sign in with Microsoft” or the system will not recognise your login.

 

How to Submit an Application

Step 1: Log in by selecting “Sign in with Microsoft”

Step 2: Complete all sections, upload all required evidence, read and accept the Terms and Conditions, and sign and submit your application.

NOTE: Evidence can be uploaded via your laptop/phone/tablet.

Login using your West Lancashire College Microsoft account

If you are a Returning Student who has already completed Multi-Factor Authentication select “Sign in with Microsoft.”

If you are a New Student, you must complete Multi-Factor Authentication before selecting the “Sign in with Microsoft” option.

When you sign in with Microsoft you must enter your student email address in the following format: Syourstudentnumber@students.westlancs.ac.uk
For example: S1234567@students.westlancs.ac.uk
